Terms of Service
Rules and terms for using Sifo services.
Service usage
By using our services, you agree to these terms, all applicable laws, and any policies published on our platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the service.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or abusive activity.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate services that violate these terms, harm other users, or create security risks.
Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use our services. If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Registration and data accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and while using the service. We may request additional verification for identity, ownership, or billing details when fraud or abuse risk is detected.
Services provided
Sifo provides hosting infrastructure and related management tools for game services. The exact scope of each plan is defined in the product description available at the time of purchase. We may modify non-essential features to improve performance, reliability, and security.
Billing and payments
Fees are billed in advance according to your selected billing cycle unless otherwise stated. By completing a payment, you authorize us to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewals. If a payment attempt fails, we may retry payment and temporarily restrict service features until outstanding amounts are settled.
Renewals and cancellation
Services with auto-renewal will renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled in advance. You can cancel from the customer panel before your renewal date to avoid future charges. Cancellation prevents future renewals and does not imply a refund for already billed periods unless required by law.
Refunds
Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in a promotional offer, payments are non-refundable. We may review refund requests on an exceptional basis, such as confirmed severe service unavailability. Any credit, refund, or compensation decision remains at our reasonable discretion.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for illegal, abusive, or disruptive activities. Prohibited behavior includes, without limitation:
- malware distribution or malicious code execution;
- denial-of-service attacks;
- unauthorized crypto mining;
- infringement of intellectual property rights;
- usage patterns that violate your plan limits or abuse shared infrastructure.
We may investigate violations and apply immediate corrective action.
Resource limits and technical controls
Each plan includes limits for CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth, and other operational quotas. If limits are exceeded in a sustained or abusive way, we may throttle workloads, recommend a plan upgrade, or suspend impacted services. These controls help preserve platform stability for all customers.
Maintenance and availability
We perform scheduled maintenance to improve reliability and security. When reasonably possible, we provide prior notice for impactful maintenance windows. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability at all times.
Backups and data responsibility
We may provide backups as an additional feature, but you remain responsible for maintaining your own recovery copies. We are not liable for data loss caused by user error, third-party software issues, or events outside our reasonable control.
User content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and support the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and usage rights do not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Intellectual property
All software, branding, design assets, documentation, and platform materials are owned by Sifo or its licensors. No rights are granted except for the limited use expressly allowed by these terms. Reverse engineering, unauthorized copying, or redistribution of protected components is prohibited unless legally permitted.
Third-party services
Our platform may integrate with third-party services, APIs, or tools. We do not control or guarantee the availability, security, or compliance posture of those third parties. Use of third-party integrations may be subject to separate terms and policies.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sifo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sifo from third-party claims arising out of:
- your use of the service;
- your breach of these terms;
- your violation of law or third-party rights.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, major network failures, government action, or labor disputes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page, and material changes may be communicated through appropriate channels. Continued use of the service after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those updates.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law indicated in your applicable service agreement, invoice, or required legal notice. Disputes will be resolved by competent courts under that framework unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
